About Appleton Lawn & Snow Patrol

About The Owner:

 

Appleton Lawn - Snow - Landscaping was officially started in late 2010 (Although I have been in this industry for many more years) out of necessity for the snow and lawn industry.  I have a long history in the business world, which led to my starting Appleton Lawn - Snow - Landscaping. My first venture was helping my wife Jamie start her own salon,  SimplyInspiredHair.com, which she currently operates and owns. 

Self-reflection led me to realize that if you are going to have a successful business you need to live, breathe, and love the industry that you are in. I just love being a landscaper!

So it was then that I became aware that I was ready to start my own lawn mowing, landscape and snow business rather then work for someone else. After pondering how to run a better lawn mowing, landscape and snow business I realized it would be tough.  There are dozens of lawn mowing, landscape and snow companies in the Appleton, Menasha, Neenah, and Fox Valley area. In order to be successful I had to do something different.  It definitely helped that I have been working in the industry for about 8 years at this point but it took a lot of thought.

Then it came to me: Better Service! At least half of running a good business is to make sure you have a good product or good service. The other half of the equation is having even better customer service.  There are many companies out there that do a good job with lawn or snow but not very many of them are great at getting quick quotes, returning phone calls, answering your questions, or making you feel good about the service you are receiving. My goal with Appleton Lawn - Snow - Landscaping is to make sure you always have someone to talk to when you have a question or concern.

I realize that I can't make everyone happy (although I sure try my darnedest) but I want to make sure that I can always be available to address a question or concern when they come up.  So to sum up what Appleton Lawn - Snow - Landscaping is made up of: A great lawn mowing, landscape, tree service and snow removal company with even better customer service!
